Known as "the loudest band in New York", A Place to Bury Strangers will be the main attraction at Emo's on Tuesday night. They are a seriously powerful noise-rock/shoegaze trio whose recent debut album has been hailed by critics, sounding like My Bloody Valentine and The Jesus and Mary Chain turned up to 11. They will be accompanied by the beautiful sounds of Britain's Sian Alice Group, and the Austin noise-pop outfit Ringo Deathstarr.
