The infinitely prolific musician Ryan Adams began assembling the Cardinals for the breakout double-disc album Cold Roses in 2005. Since that recording, Adams and his flock of Cardinals have created a whopping six albums, the latest of which, Cardinology, will hit stores at the end of October.
