Dave Attell is one of the dirtiest, riskiest, yet sharp-witted comedians on the scene today. His popularity skyrocketed when he joined The Daily Show in 1999 as host of a regular segment called "The Ugly American", and then again when he developed the hugely popular Comedy Central series Insomniac. As a stand-up comic, he doesn't censor himself or think about what may be offensive, all he wants to do is tell a good joke. The comedian is currently touring to promote Comedy Central's remake of The Gong Show, which he hosts.
