Texecutioners (#5) Host Dairyland Dolls (#15)

In 2007, after visiting the Texas Shootout, Frozen Codebase founders Rev. Norb and Ben Geisler decided to bring the world the first ever Flat Track Roller Derby video game.

Monday September 15th, in conjunction with the Austin Game Developers Conference, the digital flat track invasion begins. Frozen Codebase presents two teams, set to meet in the virtual realm: your home town Texecutioners versus Madison, Wisconsin's Dairyland Dolls. This is a rare opportunity to sit where the Flat Track derby revolution began, and see live, fast, edge-of-your seat action that is model for Frozen Codebase's Flat Track video game.

As if THAT isn't enough to get you out of the house and down to Playland Skate Center on a Monday night, fans with ticket stubs from the September 7th bout will be admitted FREE! Free tickets can also be picked up at the Frozen Codebase booth at the Austin GDC all day Monday, with complimentary shuttle bus service running between the Austin Convention Center and Playland beginning at 5 PM.
