Uproarious Western spoof was Brooks' first big hit, scoring many laughs by throwing political correctness (and good taste!) out the window. Little plays an unlikely sheriff, Wilder an alcoholic gunslinger, Korman is the villainous "Hedley Lamarr" and Kahn scores a bulls-eye with her Dietrich-inspired chanteuse. Owes more than a debt of gratitude to the equally delightful (and much less raunchy) "Destry Rides Again."
