Devin the Dude (born Devin Copeland) is a Houston hip hop rapper, known for his long career signed to Rap-A-Lot Records. While not achieving mainstream success, Devin has developed a following in underground hip hop due to his relaxed and often comedic approach to lyrics and rhyming. According to Billboard, Devin has signed a one-album deal with the label and will be releasing his fifth album titled Landing Gear this fall. At the Parish Devin will be joined by a full cast of quality hip-hop, including the fellow Houston-based SXSW alums Fat Tony & Dee Rail, who bring positive youth-driven American Rap music.
