Hot, sweaty, summer nights bring hot, steamy, summer crushes. The Austin Chronicle’s Chrontourage Summer Crush promises to bring the best bands of Austin rock together for one night only in an exclusive event featuring not one, but three crush worthy headlining bands. The event will be held at The Parish Room August 3rd, and will feature three forerunners of the Austin rock scene: Alpha Rev, Sounds Under Radio, and The Lemurs.

Be there at 8:30pm for the “Pre-Party Crush” featuring the talents of DJ:/Rubix (of Clap!Clap!). The first 100 people through the door get complimentary drink's from DeWar's.  Plus $3 Dewar's drink specials all night!  Rob Roy (DWL and sweet vermouth), The Godfather shot (DWL and amaretto), DWL and mixer (ginger ale, water or soda) or DWL neat/rocks.

Doors will open at 8:30PM at The Parish Room at 214 E. 6th Street in Austin, TX on August 3rd, 2007. Tickets are $10 at the door.
