The music of Household Names has been featured in numerous films, cable and broadcast television programs, and listening to their catchy brand of rock, it's not hard to see why. Marrying a general uncertainty about people and relationships in their lyrics with an upbeat sound, the end result is "Paul McCartney's Wings meets Death Cab For Cutie while R.E.M. serves the drinks". Principal songwriter Jason Garcia is joined by bassist/multi-instrumentalist Chris Peters and drummer Joey Spivey.
