Driver F is your new favorite rock band. Period. Hailing from The Woodlands, TX, Driver F relocated to Austin in August 2004. Soon after their arrival, the band picked up a management deal with Fuse Entertainment Management, LLC. landing them performances with touring acts such as Hard-Fi, Saves The Day, Common, HelloGoodbye, Pepper, Say Anything, Circa Survive, Moneen, Punchline, Lucky Boys Confusion, and more. A busy regional tour schedule packing venues such as Stubb's, Emos, Fitzgerald's, Java Jazz, The Parish, and Antone's has helped Driver F develop a strong and committed fan base across Central Texas. Hand-picked by recording engineer Jim Vollentine (Spoon, Trail of Dead, BluesTraveler), to record their debut EP on (indie) We Can Rise Records. Not Home Yet, released in March 2006, is one of the most unique rock EPs of the year. Driver Fs first single Every Snowflake is Unique was added into rotation on Austins Alternative Rock station 101.5 KROX. In addition the single was added to satellite station ROCK 300 and is currently played nationally. Combined with the energy of the crowd, Driver Fs live show is an entity of its own. The passion and emotion of their music is seen through every note that is played.
